Wow! This really has such a calm and serene background to it!
Umbreon was a charming look to him too. The scarf is a perfect red color, and blends with his body.
His markings on him, harmonize with his black body. The multi-colors of the markings, stand out, but not too much so it work and looks well on him. His body anatomy also is very well done! His ears look plump and soft, and his back and legs look strong, yet, smooth.
Even details like his eyes look like glass, and his toes, help draw the focus on him, in this background!
Not to mention, his pose is perfect!
With his back leg positioned just right and his front legs, steadying himself, as he gazes upwards into the sky.
As for the background:
The use of details and color is astounding!
The way how the trees follow and disappear into the background, is excellent!
The rocks and red grass, by the water, is positioned perfectly,Β not to mention their colors blend and mesh with the water's light.
The lighting it superb too! The way how the light shines and reflects on the surface of the water, and then some of that light shines on Umbreon's underside, and on other things, like the plants, is wonderful!
The ripples, are an awe to see, and a very detailed touch!
The refection of the moon and the clouds, help to give the water more detail, and make it glow.
As well as the use of shadow. It adds depth to the water and background and Umbreon. Not to mention the depth of the art, is spectacular as well!
All the colors here are very well thought out. There could have been not better combination of colors, for this piece of art!
As the Umbreon steps on the moon, one can feel an awe inspiring sense of wonder inside them.
Looks like his journey has just begun, so his story is still unknown to him.
As I can see, you have put so much work into it, as you have wonderful eyes to see this as you drew it.

The first thing I said on this was "wow I really like this," it's actually a really cool umbreon design, and one of the first that strays from the tradition umbreon design that I really like. the neon tribal tattoos on the umbreon are just neat, especially with the scarf and necklace there. Love the colors and how he's stepping on the moon reflection, I actually didn't notice that at first but it was a cool addition once I did notice. For some reason this one really caught my eye, prob cuz I'm a die hard umbreon lover lol and this umbreon looks cool. Great job, you really made something cool here!
