Wow! That's an incredible improvement!! I love all the color in his face and the expression is so lively! If you are in want of any critique, I can provide that, but overall this looks really good!

So I pulled up a reference picture to see how Lin looked, give some suggested changes (please don't feel like yo have to change anything at all btw) and some tips on anatomy that are not measurements because that is fake. So the first thing that stood out to me was the right eye and the shape of the bottom lid. When the face is in 3/4 view, the same as your piece, the eye doesn't close off sooner, it kind of still just out? Or at least, the lower lid continues and the upper lid comes in an arc, if that makes any sense whatsoever. The eyes still in a 3D rounded shape. I'll try to illustrate what I mean (open to expand). As you can see here, the eyes continue and the lids are shown as three dimensional shapes.

I really like how you did the hair, but LMM's beard and eyebrows are patchier and thinner irl. Hair is interesting, and I would encourage you to look at a lot of references. I suck at it personally so this is advice as much to you as it is to me. His nose bridge also is a little more curved and his the line of his mouth more flat, with the edge meeting his goatee. His eyes also curve up more. Some advice I got a while back that helped me is to constantly compare the proportions of one part of the face to all others to get the most accurate drawing. You have improved immensely from your last attempt and I hope these tips have helped. Already you have a tremendous grasp on proportion and feel and I look forward to seeing what you accomplish next.
