Thanks to Game Theory, I learned about this scene in particular. To this I say 'There is a limit to what you can joke about'.Housing the desire to kill a human being you treated like your friend before now is massively. screwed. UP.
Sans knowing Toriel is a mind-screw by itself, since she's been in the purple labyrinth for a long-ass time.
This scene punched me in the chest. If ANYONE who claimed to be my friend said this crap to me I would never talk to them again. I wouldn't plot revenge, but I would avoid Avoid AVOID Sans for the rest of the game. It's not FUNNY, bonebag.

I didn't even play the game and I had a nightmare about this guy.
I was in that part where you meet him. He catched up to me and stared at me with blank eyes.
Can't remember what he said exactly... But it had to do with giving up or something.

When he caught up to me in the woods the first time I wanted to close the game; I mean I JUST left Goat Mom behind and I'd like a moment of peace.
Then this scary little dude cutscenes me.

Indeed they do! And I love his chubby little skeleton self, it's his two-faced personality that's unnerving 'cause you can get backstabbed by characters like Sans.
