Description
I'm updating the anatomy of Rudy my kangaroo OC. I originally wanted to draw him withrealistic legs of a kangaroo but i couldn't draw them in anyway to fit an anthropic form that looked correct.
I plan on using the digital medium to do this picture. He'll be sporting a new wardrobe as well. I hope that
you'll like the results when I'm done. Any ideas for improvement will be greatly appreciated.Β

I like the anatomy! I like everything of that - the thighs, calfs. Especially hands are hard to draw but you did it very well. Keep it up!

He looks great to me. I honestly can't think of any improvements on the top of my head. Looking forward to seeing him finished wearing his wardrobe.

He does tend to be somewhat of an introvert.

With kangaroos, the strong legs can't be moved independently of one another, the way their set-up. Β To go slow, they have to use their fore-legs and fling both of their legs forward. Β Their strong tails are normally kept back and used for balance or propping themselves up.

Thanks for your input. As i wanted him to have a walk somewhat like
that of an anthropic canine i elected to give this appearance to the legs.
I have read that that kangaroos lack the ability to walk backwards due
to the evolution of their anatomy.Β

This is one of your cleaner-looking sketches.
I like the attitude you gave him, too.
