Description
As it appears that my most viewed and favorited deviation is the one with Gaaras of different ages interacting (well, the picture has more than that, but that's the part that gets mentioned the most in comments), I thought I'd make a sequel. Or, a longer/comic version. After all, the original one is rather old, in fact it's one of the first times I'd drawn the character.You may have seen this in my blog or the Gaara x Naruto livejournal community before, I just took my time getting around to colouring it.
Yes, it has roughly the same colours as this picture .

Gaara is my favorite character out of the series (and quite dear a character in general), and his personality is one of the biggest reasons.

I used to think that 12 year old Gaara was kind of depresing, scary and kind of cool (not in the Sasuke way), the total oposite of Naruto (and Kishi said that, at that point, he was) but now, with this... I see him like a funny-emo thing (in a good way! and, again, not in the Sasuke way...).
And it's your fault! Wanna know what thats means?

I absolutely love it how do you personate the older Gaara and his clever and wise way of talking to his past character. It's incredible how much his personality changed in such few years after the meeting with Naruto!

He was so different as a kid and as a little older one. It's also nice that how there is repeated the repliques that were told in the original image. And those Kid Gaara faces and comments are priceless! "...So I can destroy Suna more easily?"

Oww. That's a really cute and funny comic at the same time.
I particulary loved the end that I found beautiful morally (and very realistic confering to the manga)... and hilarious because of the young Gaara who don't really understand what his elder means as saying such beautiful things to him XD "you'll be kazekage! - yeah! I could destroy Suna!"
And by the way... I always loved your style
