"Oh, hello, Aithusa. Made any new friends lately? ...Any I'd approve of?"In which I cosplay the title character of BBC's Merlin.
I'm uploading my two favorite shots from the photoshoot to DA (the other one is here ), but please do see the rest on tumblr as well.
The costume is all thrift store finds with varying levels of customization by me (except Aithusa, who came from a toy store before I'd decided I want to cosplay, because dragon!), the photographs are by courtesy of timer and a tripod, and the dollophead in the photos wearing the costume is also me.

Oh yes, having a tripod is excellent, and mine is particularly excellent .
Haha, one reason I picked Merlin is I usually buy my clothes at thrift stores anyway, and didn't have to worry at all about whether the costume looks too worn and cheap because his clothes are supposed to look worn and cheap.

En kauheasti ite luota noihin arvioihin, monet asiat myöhästelee... mutta the Walking Deadin pitäis kans saada kohta jatkoa... siinä onkin sit taas ihan tarpeeks kattomista. Mitä sulle muuten nykyään kuuluu kun tollasissa korvissakin ehit hengata?

En ole Walking Deadia kattonut, mutta ehkä pitäisi, koska sarjakuva on hyvä ja olen kuullut, että Michonne. :>
Haha, ei oikeastaan kuulu sen kummempaa, kun etten ole oikeen mitään sosiaalisesti kannustettavaa tai sosiaalista tehnyt ja ehkä vähitellen taas pitäisi. Kuukauden päästä ainakin viimeistään, kun olisi tarkotus lähteä matkaamaan. Tässähän tämä kesä on menny piirrellessä ja konetta tuijotellessa. Entä teillä?

Se on hyvä sarja jos ei pelkää zombeja ja kauhujuttuja. Itehän vaan naureskelen jos joku tyhmä hahmo kuolee etc... Ärsyttää vaan ku niissä suomi käännöksissä on virheitä, joskus on telkasta kattonu pari jaksoa, ni katoinkin sit loput koneella.
No enpä mäkään ole saavuttanut mitään elämää suurempaa tässä kesällä, sillon keväällä muutin ja vieläkin on se koira hankinta yrityksen alla ku ei ole mennyt ihan mukiin. Kaikki cosplay ja piirrustus touhutkin on kuollu. Kunnon hiatus kesä ollu..

Mitäs coneja tässä on vielä tulossa tämän vuoden aikana (ensi vuonnahan viimeistään Desucon Frostbite)? Minen juokse Hetalia-hahmojen perässä. :)

Well, enpä tiedä, en oo oikein seurannut. Ei mulla tänä vuonna varmaan vielä ole kyllä kiirekään mihinkään. Jos mulle tulee se koiranpentu talvella, ni enhän mä edes voi ku se on vielä niin pieni.
