No this little one isn't. They are even helpful and damage flowers only if the blossoms it sits on are too yummy and than they nosh from petals. But who can be angry with them? So yummy blossom!
They prefer nectar and pollen. The grubs feed on rotten things like wood or what ever you can find in a compost pile.
