Getting my art mojo back! This one has been on the drawing board for about a hundred years and I finally finished it!

The character is Powerstar - one of the early creations of

Usually when I draw a character based on a person I do quite extensive research and really try to nail the likeness of the character. It can be quite a time consuming process and sometimes is quite difficult - not everyone's face lends itself to line art. This picture was totally the opposite! I was drawing a different character and the likeness of the actress who played the character was so strong that it sort of demanded to become Powerstar! In any case, a great character and one of NGC's best costumes I think.
