God, how do you not love her? Such a fascinating character, plus I always resonate with red-heads lol.Always liked this scene.

Feel for what you mean when you talk about Sally. Hell drawn her a few time myself and even with her rather ghoulish appearance and Frankenstein's monster form her looks and softness are what I can bring up most to enjoy about her.
Seems like you really did well to recapture the same feel and haunted environment for the picture though, giving her a dark and enchanting beauty all in the same dish even with her being surrounded by all things that give you that ominous feel.
Still love this character for her tattered and broken doll look but just the overall genius of her something like the largeness of her eyes when she takes in the beauty she sees and you yourself gave her even more wow than can recall from the movie itself, outstanding.
About the eyes again love your own touch of adding some spark to them giving that darker look with the make-up but the soft glow of the yellow to captivate your senses and hell make even a skeleton drop his jaw.
For the rest of her you did splendid taking form of her various fabrics to form out her dress, showing again such details like the bends fold and even the shading to better understand where it pulls or what body part sticks out.
Find most incredible of all is just the coloring for your work here, you really it seems on your level of focus for anything you care to take on. Whether the flow and threads in her red hair, the orange and pale feel of the moon off in the distant sky, to even the stitchwork along the body to truly give her that Halloween feel as she was intended, beautiful.
From top to bottom you really threw everything you could into this image and could go on but hell there's nothing else could say any better than hats off to one true masterpiece kotalee. *applauses and whistles*
