Shall I offer some critiques? THere's only one thign I really need to say though. See how there's shading on the neck? How come there isn't shading on his hair? I see only highlights. By not adding shadow, it kinda looks like his hair is sinking in. Also, don't stop a peice of hair just because the eye is in the way, or the hair is cutting under the eye. Ouch. X(

I don't mind criticism, actually inspire it.
Anyway, in the real pic (I uploaded it as a .jpg or somethin') there are shadows in his hair, just can't see 'cause the colors.
