Description
Fulgore explains the mystery behind how two of him can exist in the same game storyline [in the game one would be player1, the other the CPU or "real Fulgore" who comes before Eyedol]Thunder's pose is kind of off in panel one because originally Fulgore Alpha is supposed to be too strong for him to handle normally like the other characters
in other words he's supposed to be reeling. Fulgore is still rather juvenile but as the game would suggest is also very arrogant of his power [check his opening when the fighters are announced each match and his "Supreme victory" action in the arcade version of the game]
he's so very happy that someone is finally strong enough to face him....but can Thunder beat him?

there's two other comics that contain mirror matches [a staple of 90's games, your character had to fight everyone before the final boss, since the game could not skip any of the characters in order]

there's also Jago vs Jago---although that one doesn't show any fighting

...long story---this comic was for a children's class and the outcome of each fight was determined by which team earned the most points each session, so I only drew the intro to fights
I hope you don't mind
