I have a lot of moe references, so I drew a few designs based upon them.

I have noticed a trend with most of these references, the majority of the moegirls drawn are 7-14 years old and are very tiny, allowing for the artists to dress them like little dolls...

...moeMoe is 19 which means she cannot pull off some of these outfits, unless I redesign them. As for the senario above, yes; every other moe picture I find shows a small girl in an oversized T-shirt or sweater---no stockings/leggings or shorts. I don't know about you guys but cute or not no one I know would have been able to go anywhere in that outfit =.=
