Cobalt

I wanted an enormous boss archetype so here you go. Cobalt is the COO (get it?) of ZIRCON a company that specializes in both Refractories and Semiconductors (no not the CEO...that's Zirconium). lets just say that something like workers being pulverized to dust is pretty bad for business. Of course he has an idea as to how to deal with it but ---obviously--- cannot deal with it directly. He is in contact with the crew responsible for maintaining the Z-FAB machines (they make those chips) so decides to let them handle it...

Germanium

A metalloid, one of several that works for this company --- she can create the crystals needed to form base materials so supply isn't the problem. It appears however that Germain(ium) workers can be effected by impurities like the products they produce, usually this just makes them sick....which may be why something like DEATHNIUM can do damage in this universe.

Germanium no matter the appearance is Female only. Different sizes come about because unlike the semiconductor industry, nature doesn't grow crystals the same size every time

Zinc

So the "engineer I mentioned in the initial concept, is Cobalt's reference. Zinc or "Anode" is responsible for quality control at each of ZIRCON's local sites and is tasked with fixing any issues that pop up (and if Cobalt calls him, he has to do that too....element industry is strange).

PETE

Zinc is basically that one guy that is a little to obsessive with his interests and in his off time likes to mess around in areas other than electronics. PETE is a polymer used to make plastic containers...what can she do? well as the promo showed you she grows...and grows...and grows. Not interesting? WRONG if she gets long enough her coils will solidify into a hard bubble that cannot be torn or broken. She's considered "Benign" because polymers are designed to be relatively reactive neutral
