Day 7The hair is going splendidly I think, especially with that girl on the lower left there. I like that technique of shading the back of the hair like that to imply its actually behind the head. The eyes are starting to look really solid too, and I really like the level of detail in them at the current moment.
But just because I've made a lot of progress, doesn't mean I don't have more to go. I've still gotta work on making sections of hair separate and interweaving, and I need to continue my study on the variations of eyes. Still a long way to go before hair and eye mastery.
No doubt though I've made a lot of progress. Hopefully soon I can start doing busts with confidence. ^^

Wow, you improved splendidly fast!! No doubt you'll be great in no time~ <3 The only bit of advise I could give you is- and I know it's harder to do- but draw from real life rather than anime. I always practiced anime up until I was about 14 which was when I started drawing on a more realistic base. And I really wish now I had started sooner. I love anime and drawing anime, but Trust me, learning to draw real stuff helps SOOOO much. Especially when you draw anime >uo

Thank you for the criticism. I'll be sure to start studying photos in junction with my manga practice. Maybe then I can get some detail on the ears done right.
