I am doing a school project on the topic of "lost voices" for my university class and am required to make a digital story using photos as long as I am able to gain permission. Would you allow me to use this photo?

It was at a large Pow Wow event. Pictures were being taken all over the place. Unfortunately I couldn't introduce myself, having to stay up on the bleachers.
