Description
I'm finally done cleaning this pattern for this plushie: fav.me/d7kpyojInstructions:
1. Print the design and cut all the pieces of the pattern.
2. Apply patterns on fabric and trace the edge; don't forget to leave a rim.
3. Sew the beak parts together.
4. Add buttons or embroideries on the head of the sides pieces to make the eyes to your liking.
5. Sew the back, beak and tummy parts with the sides; mind the letters. Also sew the "neck" of the sides together.
6. Sew the bottom of the body, turn inside out before closing and stuffing it. /!\ LEAVE THE TAIL SPACE UNSEWD! /!\ You now have a wingless and tailless bird.
7. Sew the tail parts together, turn inside-out and stuff. You can add some stitches to pad the tail if you want.
9. Insert the tail in the space you left on the body and sew.
8. Sew the wing partsΒ two by two, turn inside out and stuff before closing.
10. Sew the wings along the line made by the sides and the back parts.
Tadah~! You're done!

Hey, thanks for sharing this pattern. I used it to make a little companion for the nestling pigeon Iβve found myself hand rearing. By how much heβs been squeaking at it he seems to think itβs a real bird, so credit to you haha

He did indeed, and is now in the hands of a wildlife charity with an aviaryΒ to learn how to be wild enough to be released!
Here he is as a juvenile still with his pigeon plush, the day before I took him to the aviary.

Hey there, thank you so much for sharing this pattern! I used it to make a plush of Speedy from the Sonic series. Here it is!
I haven't posted it on deviantart due to not using the website much, my apologies. I can post it here as well if you'd feel more comfortable with that, though!

No need to post it here if you're not using DA that much (I ain't that active either recently); I'll put a link to your creation on Tumblr instead.

It looks really cute!
I find it amusing that you used some scrap of fabric that your mother used to make you something with.
Thanks for showing me!

how are you suppose to put it together, are you suppose to line up a letter with the same letter

Yes, the letters are supposed to be lined up.
For the belly, it can be approximative for the D; it's mostly so you get the direction of the piece right.
