Your art is always so bright! Even when it is done by traditional means, you can turn into a digital file and it looks perfect! I wonder how you do it. Maybe I need a better scanner?

My scanner's pretty old (Canoscan Lide) so I end up having to edit the image on photoshop. You can adjust the curves, saturation, brightness/contrast, and also sharpness. I think those ones affect the look of the image most.^^

Yeah, I can never get it to look like the original painting but it's kind of fun to see variations of it to be honest. :3

lol, there's great wisdom in your saying! I've seen one cannot fully control watercolor, but this lack of control gives the work their characteristic style. So there's the case with the scanning, too. I find sometimes painting is deeply phylosofical
