The fun patterns with the colors have a whimsical/dream like feel to it! Wonderful!

How do you do that? The background is dark... mhh.. cant figure out how.

I do a light wash, cover it with patterns via masking fluid, paint over with a dark layer, and peel off the masking fluid to reveal light patterns. I also add patterns with acrylic ink. 8)

Your work usually has a more earthy and flowery feeling to it, but this and your newest submission have such a glowing, sparkling, celestial look. It's so gorgeous β₯ I love the vivid contrast in this one.
