Distraught with grief at the loss of a loved one, the [witch/wizard] tried everything within their power to get them back.

Foolishly, they made a deal with a demon who promised to bring them back in return for both of their arms. A heavy price for a task that should have never been performed to begin with.

As the demon promised they were returned, but quickly they began to understand that it was only but a shell of what they used be. Unable to remember anything, let alone speak, along with the quiet suffering from the wound they died from..It was too painful to watch.

There was no other choice, their loved one no longer belonged here and deserved peace. So they put them to rest once more, and grieved for a second time...

Filled with a certain rage, the [witch/wizard] refused to hold up their end of the deal; the demon had tricked them.

The way the demon looked down at them said it all; they didn't care. They were pleased, humored, with the reaction of this one...and paying no mind to the [witch's/wizard's] refusal and cries, they still took what was owed.

♦They received the cloak from their former mentor. It acts as their arms and hands, able to hold or carry things like normal. It's said to be blessed and gives protection. ♦

♦Their familiar is a quail!♦
