MDW? TAS?? Not sure what that is, but i'll move on. The dark pallet works really well. The lack of colour besides the red background and the blue building give it that "dangerous city" look. The cape flapping in the wind looks magnificent and helps us almost SEE the wind. The strong pose gives Mare Do Well that good intentions look and helps us feel more appreciative about her.

Neat. The dull reddish glow contrasts very nicely with those dark grayish tones - it makes for a very nice atmosphere, very fitting for this character.
