you ever play star fox adventures?
they nailed that animated/real look spot on, if you did add fur effects maybe it could improve the over all wow factor, if you could nail it too
P.S. i still prefer Cascade over other anthros

That might be a great idea but wouldn´t it ruin the nice effect of its reflective skin? I haven´t yet seen a 3D renamon and it´s really a bright idea to have her like that.
