It really caught me off guard when Celestia did that in the preview trailer. I mean sure, I know she knows all kinds of funky tricks and whatnot, but I didn't expect her to put out the creepy evilness like that. Impressive.

With the amount of spam by EQD, and how quickly it reaches my ears, despite my avoidance of that site, I stopped making the effort in avoiding spoilers.(as EQD behaves like the plague, what with all those spoilers since the day S2 ended, and the severe memory lag if any page from EQD is left open for too long; still can't figure that one out, not without the need of taking the page source and tearing it apart.)
All the hype, has nearly killed my 'giving a damn about the show'. It's in a coma, but it's not going to make it if this keeps up.

I don't know why I wasn't a huge fan of Celestia before, but after seeing what her magic can do, even if it's to show a very believable illusion like this as seen in that spoiler video then dang... I have found new respect for her. And the way you drew this is just absolutely fantastic! My favorite is probably the shadowy mist emitting from her eyes.

No joke, this was my absolute favorite part of the clip. I loved the look of the dark magic, and the fact that Tia could use it. It also gives my headcannon of Black Hole Sun more credence. All in all, it makes me very happy. Oh, good artwork too

Seeing her use dark magic supports (at least to me) the fandom's belief that Celestia has a dark side, like Luna. But seeing her like that makes me think her dark side is worse than Nightmare moon was.
