This is a piece I've been working on for almost a year, off and on. The original sketch involved a lot more faces, more good guys and a central focus on a particular season...but after watching Season 3, I ventured towards a more speedster oriented approach leaving the concept of the story more open and the poster more ominous than previously intended. Overall, actual time spent working is well above 200 hours and almost all of the work was done in Manga Studio, with follow-up effects and final touches in Photoshop. The overall theme is meant to mix classic 80's sci-fi posters with a few modern elements.
