this reminds me of some of the Modern Art that Soviet Russia promoted in the 1930's. Β I only made the link when I watched the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics @ Sochi 2014

I haven't seen the opening ceremonies yet, but I *love* the old Soviet propaganda poster art. I even picked up a few of them when my wife and I traveled to Russia at the tail end of the Soviet era/early Glasnost, around 1985 I think.
