If you look to the right side of the artwork, or this page, you will see a 'add to favorites' icon and click on the arrow to put it in a folder you've made, and if you haven't yet made folders then it should save it to your favorites. However, if you see a piece of artwork as a thumbnail, then you can drag it to the top of your screen and a drop down window should appear from the top of the page, and you can submit your favorited artwork to your collection, in that way.
