Hollow, empty, used, and left with nothing. Sometimes we give and give and others take take take until one is hollow and left without a purpose. Great depiction of a sad thing that happens to many good people.

This is touching and powerful -a bit disturbing too, but so is the song after all.
I like the warm colours contrasting with the very dark eyes, almost empty, that gives quite a feeling of uneasiness...
Great use of brushes too! I never manage to get this "cracking" (not sure it's the right word to use, sorry for that 
Overall I think it's a pretty good creepy image that suits this song very well. Not my favourite song by Evanescence, but still a notable one
