Stayed up till 3 in the morning drawing this! Hope you all like it!The speed draw will be uploaded soon!

Overall great piece, I would like to suggest a few ideas to help you improve on it:
1. Try to have a crisper background and straight edges over them being fuzzy, it keeps it more on model. This may be due to your graphics program, or you're using a brush/eraser with a feathering feature, but try to use a hard edge as the show didn't really invoke blending as much as it did abstract, hard-lined backgrounds.
2. Try to add some shading to the subjects, its not necessarily on model but once you apply shading it really makes a piece pop. I suggest using black shading 15 % opacity (it's what I use).
All in all it's a great piece and your technique is visibly improving with each piece you churn out. You're one of the best up-and-coming artists who draw in this style and your work and originality continues to show it.

I left a comment but since you want a critique as well, here are a couple things. You added shadows to both Kim and Ron and a little one to Rufus. That's good but to make it a full and completed piece you could have added the shadowing to their picnic basket and plates as well.
Also I'm not sure about the light source. It must be directly about them to create the shadow on either side if them but not between them. If you'd put it on the outside of say Ron then the Kim should have created a little on him where they are close and none on her outer side.
The blanket seems a little too flat to me. If you'd drawn in some folds or wrinkles that would have served the purpose and gave it a little 3D look. Just a little would have been al it would need.

Oh how sweet! It nap time for team possible. They do look so cute. It to bad that no body is there but Rufus to take a photo of it. Maybe could use their cell phone or something. Ron did say he that he always miss nap time at school. I like to who eat all food first Rufus or the ants? You do know how to do a great artwork on Kim possible. It is always a real treat to see your work. I just hope you never stop. I just hope my comment makes you happy.
