Doomsday didn't need kryptonite to put superman in a comma nearly killing him. He just used his sheer size and strength no special powers or anything all he needed to rely on is his strength and he basically stalemated him. Throughout the years godzilla has proven much more feats then doomsday and since doomsday pretty much destroyed superman whats stoping Godzilla from annihilating him even without krytonite?Β

Maybe not. Remember that while only Kryptonite can kill Superman, he can still get knocked out adn beat around to the point where he can't do anything.

True he can be beat up, but he's also very fast thus making him hard to hit. The fact that he's human sized also makes him a hard-to-hit target for someone Godzilla's size.

Yeah. But Godzilla hits airplanes, which are very small compared to him, all the time. It also depends on which version of Godzilla. Showa could probably hit him since Showa is practically your brawler. Hesei would just keep blasting until he hit his mark, then press his advantage. G2K...not sure. As for GFW,...I feel bad for Superman. Any way you put it, Godzilla would win. Like Rendragonclaw said, it'd take the founders of teh Justice League to beat the guy. As for the whole Unlimited crew though, that would be unfair.
Superman could hit Godzilla hard, but remember that godzilla's been hit with a friggin black hole and still been alive. Not to mention various other kinds of attacks. And he was able to take on groups of superheroes in his Marvel comics series. Supermans lasors would probably be useless as well seeing how tough Godzilla's skin is.

I have never seen the one with the black hole, but in real life NOTHING survives it, not even light can escape it. In real life, blackholes KOs Godzilla.
Godzilla might hit superman, but Superman can take a beating. Can a plane fly as fast as superman? I don't think so. All Godzilla could do to superman is delay his (godzilla's) defeat.

Well, it was a mini black hole, and I guess it malfunctioned or something as all it did to Godzilla was bury him underground.
Yeah, but godzilla is more powerful(physically) than pretty much all of Superman's enemies and Doomsday was able to hurt Superman pretty bad. Let's not forget G's Nuclear Pulse when the two were close.

I do remember that Doomsday was able to hurt Superman without the need of kryptonite. Godzilla's nuclear Pulse, while good for extremely close range enemies, not sure if it can hurt Superman or not.
Supermand does have a freeze breath, and Godzilla was copletely frozen at the beginning of Final Wars (and couldn't escape). Superman could beat Godzilla this way.

Exactly. Godzilla is physically stronger than Doomsday no doubt. If Doomsday was able to hurt Superman so much, imagine what Godzilla could do if he got his hands on him.
Well, your right. Not sure if the pulse would hurt him. It would at least send him flying from the sheer force of the attack. Then Godzilla could get him and hurt him pretty bad.
True, but you gotta remember that Superman is tiny and his breath would freeze little of Godzilla. At best Superman could freeze Godzilla's head, which Godzilla could easily break out of.

Superman's breath may be tiny, but he can fly at super speeds. He can run hundreds of miles in seconds, he can freeze Godzilla in short order.
I am not sure of Doomsday is stronger than Godzilla or vice versa. Considering what Superman can take in all of his comics/shows/and movies, Doomsday probably has stronger attacks.

Hmm. Pint. But also, Godzilla was frozen underground in Antartica, so it was already cold there, and the underground made it even colder. Godzilla could use his nuclear 0pulse to break out of the ice before he's all the way frozen.
I think he is. Look at size for one thing. Godzilla's got super strength, even though he's huge.

Size does not matter. Superman can perform amazing feats of strength despite being smaller than Godzilla. Superman can lift even Godzilla if he wanted to. He could hurl Godzilla to the frozen north (or south, whichever is closer) and then freeze him.

I was just looking up that. In the past, Superman could move whole planets. IN modern times, however, he can't do this....but can still move/lift a huge load. So I think so, still looking.

i would think the shear force of godzilla's beam would have an effect, i mean i have seen Supes go down with less, but i dont think it would take him out. Then again though what is superman gonna do to Godzilla?
