Is there stats or descriptions on these units?

Obviously not in the description, but I could type some up really quick. Do keep in mind that their appearences here are neither representative of their current aesthetic nor their actual appearance as a species.

Carnaithian Marines aren't their own branch so much as the atmospheric element of the Carnaithian Void Arms - In other words, the Imperial Navy. Their equipment revolves around being survivable yet light enough to potentially operate without regular resupply. Considering their environment, their equipment is also environmentally sealed. They're equipped with an 8mm rifle and a sword - the latter used more frequently during boarding or as a utility tool than anything else.

HAVOD troopers are the CVA's special operations branch, being trained and equipped for orbital drops followed by high-mobility operations behind enemy lines in support of main offensives. They can drop in squad-pods or heavy insertion suits before using their thrusters to land safely. They come armed with a fairly standard 8mm rifle, though they also have a more unique arm-mounted shotgun, operable in a conventional context or usable as a melee enhancer.

Solaris Flame troopers are also referred to as rad-troopers due to their namesake weapon; a "flamethrower" that expels an incendiary compound including the Carnaithians' ubiquitous Solaris - or Element 126, Unbihexium. This means that the weapon doesn't necessarily need to make direct contact with the enemy in order to affect their number, considering the high radioactivity involved.

Carnaithian SRST are one of the Carnaithian Atmospheric Arms' special forces branches, operating in a SEALs-esque capacity - that is, covert operations against high-value targets. Their signature weapon is a variable railgun; through modulation of power output, it can be used quietly or loudly and at short range or as a DMR. While it's quite adaptable, it's not necessarily the best choice in any situation - therefore, teams aren't unknown to regular bring specialist or favored weapons along.

I haven't put enough effort into design recently to actually get a long-winded description going for my dudes lol; after all, I only pushed out a couple of sentences each. It's mostly about knowing what your faction's like and spinning a doctrine and theme off of that.

That gun's got a pretty big scope, considering the sort of magazine it has. Smart-sight?

It's the scope from a ARX-200, which they claim does all this fancy smartgun stuff.
