During childhood and up to my teens I had a crush on Daphne Blake. I’ve waited nearly 20 years to see a Daphne Blake handheld and while developing the concept out of frustration I found that she finally got a handheld moment at last this year!! It really brightened my day when I saw it The edit took approximately 3 hours to make. Three Scooby-Doo monsters, Captain John Leech, Dr. Hiram Gulliver, and myself were all considered for holding Daphne including my personal favorite Scooby-Doo monster. Instead I went with Grape Ape from the episode Movie Madness, there were of course others to choose from but Grape Ape felt more friendly and gentle than the other Hanna-Barbera characters, and I know like anyone of King Kong who is good but that's another story. If I had gone with myself I would have used the same techniques that I did with Princess Aurora back in June which was just my standard editing style.
