20th custom spritewith sword equip, lance equip and shield bash retaliate
kinda look like the final guard in castlevania. will need to come up a good description.
Aegis Knight: A heavily armoured warrior who wields swords and lances. It's deadly shield bash follows up any melee attack.

So, you made the Sentinel as a modified General? Interesting. I got the idea of the Sentinel from 300 (I love that movie!) so I had envisioned the Sentinel being different. However, this looks like it might serve as an alternate variation. I really like the work you did on the armor and cloak. The way you did the spring loaded shield is also cool. I'm curious, did the shield sprite come from the Hero sprite? It looks like it, but I'm not certain. The way you positioned the sword also appeals to me. Anyhow, I'll consider replacing my original idea for the Sentinel with this and thanks for giving me a fresh idea to chew on.

hey i just thought of this, could this be a different unit class called the Goliath? I think your idea of the sentinel also sound very nice.

For the armoured General-ish one with the spring loaded shield. Other possible names include "Champion" and "Aegis Knight." I would like the Spartan-ish sprite to be called Sentinel. Thanks and please keep me posted.

i think aegis knight sounds good. it sounds more legendary and elite
