2nd mugshotMe in FE ! (Of course not exactly like me i real life)
Done this for a FE role-playing forum that i joined, though I'm not role-playing there, just hanging out. Check it out here: [link]
Stupid feathers and helmet design, took me ages to make it look right.
Based it off on the Valkyrie helmet, cause, if you haven't guessed, I love Valkyries!! 
Especially Lenneth from Valkyrie Profile!Most likely I'm going to use the helmet as some bases for some fan-mugs!!

Ahhh it looks really good! : ) How much of the image was drawn from scratch? And what's the reddish symbol? It's hard for my eyes to focus. XD

Thanks! Not much is from scratch... The gold lining of top of the eye shield is drawn from scratch. The reddish symbol is my lazy way of creating a cool looking insignia XP It's just a red feather.

Oh! I thought I recognized Kent's face! XD But how did you use the two parts? All I can think of is using layers on photoshop, but then it doesn't look as clean...

Splicing, take part you want and get rid the one you don't. So I just spliced off Kent's head, spliced off a random guy's armor and helmet and put them together.

O: You can move things in Paint?! I just find it very difficult to line things up properly if they are spliced... XD;;

Yeah, guess that why you have to make multiple copies of your parts so if you screw up, you wouldn't have to be worried about losing it completely

That's some pretty awesome feather work there. The helm's details too are wonderful! I hate doing these things because the work it takes, hahahaa. @_@
Oh, and if you turn out like me in muging yourself into FE, you're gonna redo this like 9340290 times before a "final" version, hahahaha. This one of my avatar is, like, the 8th or 10th form. LOL

Feather was a pain... the 2nd and 3rd feather (feather is from Priscilla btw) I had to rotate it by 45 degrees but it ended up being a mess, so I had to recolor it a few times before it was decent...
Haha!! I feel you man. This mug went through a few versions. One looked to wimpy, anther looked to old and unoriginal and another just looked to feminine...

Yeah, it always getty messy when you rotate, no matter if it's in paint or photoshop. >_> I did a little trick on the PS one time so it won't get TOO shitty, but I still had to clean it after..
And LOL, exactly the same with me. The first one was too Sain and young, the second was too girly and the third too feminine, hahahaha.

LOL, same with me, I also tried rotating it in Gimp, thinking I could beat the system. However, it ended up even messier...
