Description
did some test renders today and tuts to learn more about Vray and I thought it would be fun to do a studio render of the mech......I think it really turned out nice; the older renders look crappy against this....
EDIT: added a yellow light and fixed the ground(feet were "sinking" into it)

This one "exists" only in 3D. Though I once made a 2d paintover over a render of it ([link] ).....

No, it is all modelled or texture(which was hand painted, but before the render).
I activated GI in Vray and used hq render settings (->these [link] ). After the render I only did levels and color adjustments(more red).
Nothing is painted by hand after the render(except for a little bit of glow of the yellow light)

Rockin'! Excellent detailing (just noticed the lettering on the hull!) and the texturing is nice... sort of like a desert camouflage style going on there. Digging the warm lighting, too.

Thanks. Exactly, it is some sort of desert combat mech.
