Personal project for practise.I worked on this for approx. >2 weeks, not included the time for the modelling of the ships
(SW: 3dsMax 2009 educational).

By the way, what renderer did you use? And, did you use any plug-ins like Afterburn for the clouds or the fog?

Hi, thanks. I used Mental Ray. No plugins, fog is painted afterwards in Gimp. All the clouds are on a background jpg ([link] ).

I LOVE the texture work in this. The reflective surfaces and holographic images are excellent. The work you put into it really shows. Gonna have to raid those brushes.
