Listen, you guys, since there's no MMD model of Godzilla 1989 from Godzilla The Game from PS4 or PS3, so I will make a MMD model vote:1. Godzilla Ver1.4 by Jem - That model looks bulky, and the head looks mixing from Godzilla 1984 or Godzilla 1965, but overall with arms, legs, dorsal spines, tail, feet and claws looks good. Rated - 3,5/5 stars
2. Godzilla 2003 by , and SuperGodzillaGaming - I love that model and its new Tokyo SOS retexture, so I think it's look good.

I think you should use 2. Considering how great Godzilla vs. Koopzilla was, I think Millennium Godzilla should get his chance since Heisei Godzilla already played his role in that fan film. That and Legendary Godzilla (Godzilla 2014) is supposed to be in Godzilla vs. Koopzilla 2 so he's getting his chance. So yeah, I think you should use 2. But, it's up to you. No artist can please absolutely everyone so in the words of Evanescence, "Do what you want."

Personally, I'd prefer 2 cause of it's slim, lighter, and perhaps more heroic looks.
But the 1st one is good if you want to show Godzilla as a bulky, stronger, and more threatening kaiju!
