As suggested, I am uploading this to dA from my tumblr XD
Here are the two brushes that I used (actually it's one though)most of the time, and they're defaults.

I just got a mac for Christmas and I can use sai on it you just need to download a cracked version of parallels and then download sai onto parallels

maybe You can try turning on the pressure of opacity (which is the small brush icon locates besides opacity, where you choose the brush tool)
As long as the pen pressure of your tablet is working it should works

This is a nice process though, works as a nice simple skin tut.. and I'm trying out CS2 (since it's free lol) so hopefully I can do something similar to how you do the skin.

Ah alright then lol I've only used it once and used only one brush with like a 20% flow and different sizes so that's all I really know bout cs overall.

Yup!! you have to go through some other measures to get it enabled on it (it isn't impossible though)
