Description
This was a piece I originally did for a friend's clothing line, called BulletProof Junkies. The line incorporates elements of graffiti, tattoo art, street art, and also images of pop culture. I created a piece that represented the line quite literally, hence the kevlar vest, and the hypodermic needles. but unlike a junkie addicted to drugs, this character is dependent on street art. If you look closely, the needles are actually Pilot markers. This is the first time I tried something like this, and I think it turned out really well.
