This was the kind of day that was made for relaxing in the sun. At least that's what her dragon told her. Unable to resist the urge to do nothing but relax who was she to argue?They went to one of their favorite places near the edge of the old wood. A nice shady tree to sit under for her, and a large outcrop warmed by the sun for her dearest companion.
Her fire lizards, usually full of engery and unable to stay still for long, even decided to relax and nap.

Been busy with work lately so haven't had much time to work on picture. Decided to keep my computer busy as well.
This was done in Vue 9 in one pass, 2600x1800, 1.5 billion polys. ~60 hours render time.

Ages for me too, but need to re-read them again soon. I let my daughter read the Harper books about Menolly as well as another one geared to younger readers. Told her she had to wait a few for the rest because of the lil bit of hanky panky, because I don't remember how much detail Anne puts in there. Either way, I know I started them a couple years older than her so she should be fine then LoL
