DECEPTICONS generally believe themselves superior to AUTOBOTS; BLAST OFF believes he is above everyone and everything in every way possible. Cold, calculating, methodical and extremely arrogant, he is the sniper and second-in-command of the Combaticon team. So sure of his abilties and skills, that he actively goes out of his way to ensure no one else can even come close to his superiorty. If anyone challenges that view, they will know BLAST OFF's unforgiving nature, as he will either blast them with his Ironic-Hand Blaster which extends out of his servos, his wide arrangement of weapons (such as his sniper rifle) or pick them off the ground and drop them from dizzying heights. He transforms into a Stealth-aircraft, which can travel at the speed of sound and go by undetected.
* Is said to be able to hit a dime-sized target from a neighbouring planet. Or so he claims.
* Only true friend he has is ONSLAUGHT.
* Battle-Mask on BLAST OFF's face not only protects him from attacks, but also adds to his overall appearance to make him more intimidating. His voice (while wearing his mask) becomes heavly modified and distorted for a more robotic feel.
Finally, another Combaticon done!

I'm assuming you didn't mean that he has a Ironic-Hand Blaster and actually meant IONIC-Hand Blaster.
Otherwise that is the absolute best gun... in history. What does it make his enemies forced to be blatantly ironic as shit?

Thanx. The design of his mask was actually inspired from a quick sketch I did on live messenger with , where his face resemble more of a bird of prey back then. I wonder if he still has those sketches I sent him. Anyway, from bird-face to a battle mask it went for him, which then evolved to have more depth to it and bulge out more, sowing his face moreorless goes into the pertrusion of the mask.

Oh wow, nice work, again! :3 I like how the detail, both complex at the legs and simplified on the torso, is well balanced and so clean. He does look intimidating with that mask! XD
Once more, the consistency between normal and vehicle mode is well kept. I also like the idea that the wings collapse on the shoulders, rather than on the back. The choice of colours quite enhances his personality as well.
Nice description of this arrogant character too. XD

You could say that, yes. Though I didn't want him 100% based on Mindwipe; I wanted some originality to him, such as the cockpit on his feet, the battle mask, bluee for highlights and the extendable ionic-hand blaster from his wrists.
