Hello everyone.I know I am technically not supposed to draw Neptune with his potion powers at the moment untill he is registered, but I REALLY wanted to draw a new ref for him and I am in a ref drawing mood which doesnt happen alot.
So as a little result sort of thing I will not add any love magic from this picture.
EDIT: Neptune has now been registered so now I can get magic when I draw him. ^^
