Description A young bull Muttaburrasaurus learns about consent as he fruitlessly tries to impress an older cow.

Yet another Kosemenasaurus. I've been trying to adapt his method with my own personal twist. It's such a fast and efficient way of rendering creatures, but I don't want to be completely derivative

Does anyone else get bored easily with a piece? I worked for two hours on this one and called it a day. I feel that I could produce much better work were I to spend a little more time getting the details right. Maybe I need to find a more inspirational subject?

Though I really like the creepiness and originality of your piece, I think you could improve on the proportions and amount of soft tissue. Plastospleen recently uploaded a modern skeletal of Muttaburrasaurus. It might help for your future pieces.

Thank you for the feedback. I've seen the new skeletal, perhaps I will revisit the piece.

What soft tissues specifically are you referring to? I was pretty conservative. Looks like the real animal was much chunkier than I've depicted, more like a chubby duck.

That is what I meant, that you could allow for more mass. ^^

Apologies if I didn't word it well. And no prob, I really like your work

and if I can suggest new explorations, I am happy.

I like the style! looks appealing, but also a little creepy
And I can relate to getting bored or distracted from a work piece easily! Sometimes I start to work on two pieces, so I can switch between them or I just let a few days pass until I continue with them.

Land Before Time! One of my childhood favorites. I can definitelyΒ see the resemblance in her color scheme

Nice! And I agree, it's quite easy to get bored with something. That's why half of my drawings are sketches...

Thanks for the favorite

Maybe next time I'll set a timer while I draw, or perhaps split the work over several days.Β

Your drawings may be sketches, but I imagine those cladograms of yours take a lot of time to put together - your work is very impressive!

thanks man! I've definitely got more content planned anyways, now that school holidays are coming up (In fact, I've got a lot of species to draw, so i'll be busy )
