I love the hair it's so awesome I really use sai for inking and the base color then I take everything to photoshop that's if im on my desktop but the coloring is getting better. Now you just gotta spend more time to erase anything that looks like it's sticking out from the line art(it's a pain). Worse comes to worse just add multiple backgrounds to fade away coloring outside the lines. When adding the multiple backgrounds use dark colors then if you want put white at the top.->just a little tip

Thanks. I only have those lines sticking out when I try for a one stroke or a curve..I erase it after, 90 percent of the time. But it's really minimal in my line-art.

Really? Of course not in one sitting though, right? Lol. I really love your coloring style. of course, you use Sai, but if you're familiar with Photoshop cs4, how would you go about that hair? ARe there tutorials in which you learned from? I also forgot to mention how you got the light source perfectly. I'm having trouble with that.

Er..actually in one sitting xD..not counting the line-art. I did it the day before. I have Ps cs5 now , But I'm going to have to sit down and try to get things. It looks confusing. I only figured out to use the marker tool for the hair sometimes from one tutorial. But I did some stuff my way. want the link?
I imagine the light source. I shade the part I imagine to be covered or unreachable..? (But of course that's not the only shadings I add, I have many more layers with more shadings.)Still trying to get the grasp of things.
