Description its finally done! first off i apologize for the horrible pictures, my usual photo editings software that i use for collages has gone haywire im working on better pictures right now.

this was a commission for =HolyFrap of her character Pulp, and as i'm still pretty much a plushie newb this proved quite the challenge, which was somewhat unexpected i wish i was faster at this

hopefully i didnt completely disgrace Pulp and that this at least bears a resemblance to her

technicals time:
i did NOT expect to be hand stitching so much on this! everything except the main body (not including head or paws) was hand stitched.

she's made of white, tan, black, blue, and golden fleece with red faux fur, stuffed with polyester fiber fill and some poly pellets in her paws for just a little bit of heft the tusk things will always maintain their shape and the ears stick up on their own thanks to my new best friend, stiffened felt

nose to tail, pulp is 27 inches long and 12 inches tall including her ears.

Have you considered using minky fabric? I really wanna make plushes out of minky and fur but my sewing and pattern making skills are nonexistant.

Thank you so much! Yes I have actually started using minky but didn't have any when I made this plush. It takes a bit of getting used to since its a little slippery, but if you have any questions I'll be happy to help!

A lot of patience and time But seriously, there's not a whole lot I can explain besides I make or already have a pattern, cut out the pieces, and sew them together (that's basically all I do ). There are a lot of good tutorials on plushie making out there however

Okay, what would the price be? So I can save up? I love Eko and ive ALWAYS wanted a plush of him. Id make it myself but I dont really have the material. . . besides I doubt it would be as good as yours lol

For a fleece plush this size it'd be $60 plus shipping, which isn't more than $10 provided you live in the US. If you'd like minky and/or faux fur, that tacks on an extra $20 since I have to order new materials.

No no, I'll definitely be able to finish the Toothless plush, I've just been searching everywhere for some pictures of he and I together and I can't seem to find any decent refs (we hardly ever take pictures ) I'll send you what I have tonight and some supplimentary descriptions, and hopefully that will be ok. Sorry I haven't gotten back to you very quickly, things were a little hectic around the closing of my contest but everything's relatively evened out now.

Well here's just a basic plush tutorial, but the outcome really depends on the pattern you use! There's a lot of good free patterns out there, and some groups dedicated to them too. Just apply the techniques in the tutorial to whatever pattern you use

Oh sorry Basically what you do is you put the sides of the pattern peices that are going to be on the outside facing eachother, and then sew along whatever edge the tutorial tells you to. When you flip it inside out, the seam will be on the inside. I'm bad at explaining this, I hope that helped a little
