It depends, in this case I went quite far and high. I took this photo in the mountain forest. Before that I traveled through more than half of the country to reach the mountains. As you could see it was worth it.

The biggest secret associated with taking this kind of photos is also the most obvious one. Photo must be shot in the fog. I haven't managed to achieve a similar effect on pictures taken with different weather. I edit the photo later with photoshop tools and filters, work on layers, playing with contrast and colours etc., but I don't have a ready-made recipe for that. It depends on photograph and what I want to achieve. I use different settings for my edits.

Well, secrets exists of course but they're called like that for a reason Exactly, I think that foggy autumn is my favourite setting for nature photography. It has great mysterious atmosphere.

Kolorystyka wpadła pierwsza w oko i nadała temu układowi drzew... cały kadr zyskał dzięki niej.
