Noooo, Black-White-Red is not acceptable for Germany due to the negative historical connotation accociated with those colors. (not that it wouldn't look good.)
Estonia should be blue-black-white or white-black-blue. It violates the general fimbriation rule, but matches the order of the colors on their current flag.
I think the way Germany looks here is good. Black has always been a big color to them (Prussia). Too much Yellow and it looks Spanish. And a red background for Germany?? Just. No.

An interesting solution.
Especially the flags of Germany, Estonia and Greenland. I also thought about the flag of Germany, but the black color seems dark.

Jeah I also thought about a golden-red-black or red-golden-black instead of black-golden-red

Interesting concept. Although I've never understood what's all the fuzz about the former Russian province and former soviet republic of Estonia having something to do with the Nordics.

Estonian culture and language is similar to the Finnish. So it's a kind of Nordish^^

Well, Since Finnish/Estonian/Sami/Inuit culture and language differs from the Scandinavian Nordics I would suggest that the notion of being nordic has little to do with culture and language. In my mind it is a societal form which is the result of a socio-political development in Denmark, Norway and Sweden from the middle ages (or early modern period?) on. The Finns' nordism is based on these influences from Sweden and thus can 'count' as being Nordic (or they can rightfully claim and choose to do so). In this regard, isn't Estonia much more in line with the Russian and Eastern European socio-political tradition? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Estonian here.
I have to strongly disagree with you. Estonia was ruled by Germans, Danes and Swedes for over 520 years. If you count the 195 years of Russian rule, when in reality we were ruled by the local Germans, then you can safely say that the Germanic influence was present for over 700 years.
That is why Estonian culture is heavily influenced by Swedish and German tradition. Additionally almost all of the loans in Estonian are of Germanic origin (same as in Finnish). Besides, Finland was a part of the Russian Empire for almost 108 years.
The only relevant difference with Finland is in the last 50 years of the Soviet occupation. Finland would have suffered the same fate if not for their sacrifices and a bit of luck.
By the way the first Estonian Republic was wealthier than all of its neighbours including Finland.
Fast-forward to the present day and our socio-political tradition is in no way similar to the Russian one.
Yes, we are not that wealthy yet (compared to the rest of the Nordics), because of the mentioned 50 years of forced planned economy. Still, we are recovering quickly. In the last 28 years we became a digitally savvy nation, having one of the first fully functioning e-governments in the World (currently exporting our solutions and expertise to Finland). Our corruption index is low (same as in Ireland). Internet and press freedom indexes are the same or better than in Iceland. Wages are steadily growing (from an average of 35 EUR (adj. to inflation) in 1992 to the 1400 EUR in 2019).
If all goes well, in the next 20 years Estonia economically will be on par or just below Finland.
So if Finland is allowed to be classified as Nordic, then we should be as well.
PS
A couple of fun facts:
Dannebrog "fell from the sky" in the modern day Tallinn.
In 1919 one of the proposed flag designs was a Nordic cross.

Dunno if you can say this for sure. Just think about Shetland, Orkney Islands,
Ingria or Karelia which are sometimes called "nordic" in a wider sense.
Maybe it's like Germany after WW2. They look for states/ a group of states with a
similar history in the case of Estonia that would be the suppression by the Russian
what they have in common with Finland and Sweden.

The flags of Estonia and Germany to me look off. Like have them color coordinated to the current flags. Black-Red-Yellow for Germany and Blue-Black-White for Estonia, those Nordic Cross variants I think would look much more organic. But still this is a very nice piece!

Why no Scanian flag? And also, do you really see Germany as a Nordic country?

Not Germany in general but the north of it^^
the Frisian Islands have a nordic flag and parts of Mecklenburg, Pommerania, Schleswig and Holstein were part of Sweden or Denmark^^
btw Germany tries to became one of the nordic state after the 2WW by using a nordic cross flag^^

Meh, It's too simple IMO...
The cross flags fits for the most secular countries in the World though

I can't imagine any better flag either though
And I meant that the Nordics are one of the most secular countries in the World and they use religious symbol in their flags
