Really nice art. What is the technique called where you outline the black with the white, and how is it accomplished through photoshop? I tried some things, but I keep failing at it, so I decided it was time to ask someone. Can you please explain it to me? Thank you.

Hello!
You can select all your layers with CTRL and clicking on the layer (in the layer menu).
When everything is selected, you can go to the top bar menu 'selection', 'edit selection' -> 'increase selection' and add a few pixels. You can choose 'change selection' to make the edges smoother and softer, if you want.
The new selection you can simply fill a color!

Otherwise you can choose your lowest layer (for example the outlines) and then click right click on the layer, choose 'layer options' and pick the option 'border'. Should be the lowest and works the same.

Oh thank you so much! I tried it and it seems to be working, but for some reason the edges are...squiggly? Even though I smoothed it out and stuff.

Ha ha,never mind I think I got it. Thank you so much! ^.^ My lineart wasn't smooth enough, but I tried it on another one and it worked!

Like I said, you can always try to define your selection a bit more, then it gets smoother!
