Her name originates from Gaelic. It's a variant of "Fiona" and it also means "pale".
Finch only knows her real name from the faint sound of her parent calling her that before they leave their hollow home for some reasons.(probably they made themselves a distraction so that hunters won't go to the direction of their nest.)
This scene is where she's held captive inside Metal Glen.
