"Agony, ecstasy, peace.. Every passing has a beauty on it's own.", the Deathsinger inquired. Never had he thought that Fiddlesticks would set foot in the Shadow Isles once again, unless of course, if there is a reason, be it a messenger or the Isles' unregistered executioner, but this visit was rather different.
Thresh had accompanied the Harbinger, carrying along with him the gravely wounded body of the scarecrow's woman, he was a good friend whom Fiddles can rely on, not once has he attempted to harvest Venganza's soul, worrying that he might lose him as an ally, the Warden watches quietly... waiting for the two ghastly creatures settling their matter.
Karthus momentarily glances at Thresh and the woman he is carrying, he furrows a brow at the scarecrow, knowing that Fiddlesticks was emotionally torn with how his love had to depart so quickly.
"Shed no tears for the dead.. pain was the herald of her salvation.", the lich spoke once more, slightly towering over his companion as he was floating. An agitated frown formed on Fiddles' face, he wasn't in the mood to listen to Karthus' 'inspirational' remarks about death. Opening his jagged mouth, he retorted.
"I have no time for this, Karthus. I only came here because Thresh told me you have the innate ability not only to yourself, but to whom you wish to walk the second time.", Fiddlesticks stoically stares at him only for the Deathsinger to tell that he was dead serious. Silently, the Lich turns around, his picturesque attire billowing while he flies over to Thresh with feverish haste, examining the woman's body, then turns back to face his nonchalant sack-bodied friend.
"This... I can redeem with ease.. it is like putting the pieces of a porcelain doll back together again."
"Then do it."
"Oh?", Karthus narrowed his eyes at Fiddles, his expression implies a foreboding warning. "Do keep in mind that her revival comes with a steep price.", playfully tapping the digits of his hands, he clasps them together as he chuckles.
"Just do it.", the Harbinger seconded his previous reply, ignoring the consequences of what Karthus tried to warn him, the only thing that matters to him was her being alive again, he would not lose her that easily.
"Your request will not go unpunished.", Karthus added with what he evidently meant for a grim pleasantry, his smile made him look malignant and saturnine. Holding his necronomicon and staff firmly, he beckons both men to come closer as he was about to start his unholy ritual.
"Let us begin."

//felt like adding what me and were etching about this story awhile ago. Karthus is highly involved and the one responsible for reviving Veng. We fixed the idea that Veng isn't totally dead to begin with when she got impaled, more like, severely wounded that she could barely move and is unconscious, but on the verge of dying at the same time. Of course Fiddles immediately went to seek Karthus' help, they're buddies anyway. He doesn't trust alot of champions 'cept his Fear bros and the ones from the Shadow Isles.
And sorry if I have wrong grammars, been a long while since I wrote stories and I'm kinda nodding myself to sleep. >_>;;
