Remember this lil weirdo back then??
I've decided to rework Moniker into an undead hummingbird moth(cuz as usual, I ain't digging the old design. Kaho's got a redesign as well oomf)

Made him into Valravn's apprentice instead. ;v; spunky lil thang for an undead moth pfff and often plays the violin when he's bored(earning Rozen's interest and approval rather quickly, well.. mostly he appreciates bugs who are musicians like him, like Sinclair, Luxanna, Reficul, etc.)
Despite the size... Oeil is reckless and.. slippery, no one can catch the little guy, except his boss obviously.
He's another one of those comic-relief types of characters besides Killey& Raimu.
Inspired by Plague Knight, Philemon(Symphonia) and Excalibur(from Soul Eater)

Oeilvert's name means "green eye", and I only discovered the name when I remembered one of my favorite places in FF9, Oeilvert being one of them even though it's an anti-magic place pff
