So I've decided to give Fiddles a brother..
NNNTTHHHHHH-- YOU. YES, YOU WOMAN. ALL YOUR FAULT. LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO.
but meh, I still have to thank you.. if it weren't for you.. I wouldn't have known Spring-heeled Jack from the Creepypasta version. xD
Although I added a few twists to keep the resemblance a significant touch to Jack. XD
And besides that, I've also discovered Fiddlestcks' Beta Lore;Β leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wikiβ¦
Let's just say... Jack was one of the witch's advanced scarecrows she created from Tempest Flats, with that said, she kept Jack for decades until Jack started to form a mind of his own. The burlap-like tentacle around his cape entraps the souls of his victims, and the way he uses Drain is abit different than his Harbinger brother with the usage of his tentacles.
Jack appears to be also athletic as he can perform unimaginable leaps.
The devil mask is somewhat magical because it can display Jack's mood.
And erm.. about that quote on the lower right; it's usually my quote for sarcastic purposes in the LoL matches.. x'D

At first look I ignored the title and remenbered Slenderman O.o, nice job, btw OMFG SLENDERFIDDLES STABUY, I wonder how it would be his ultimate... Damn one fiddles in Summoner's rift it's too much, why one more? XD

I have ze question about this spring heeled jack..
I knew looked familiar from somewhere...I actually found it in my Alice madness returns art book and one of theΒ
scrapped character Β design looked JUST LIKE him the pose the design ish and the burlap like tentacles.
I wanted to see if I was wrong or right so I opened the Β to the page And the character looked just like him.

And his face is covered in darkness while saying Alice around him..
he's also cover in a tentacle like jacket with spiky plants a the bottom..

Some people believe that dreams are future visions or wishes from the deeps of your mind, i believe and proveed that dreams are more like "replay button" when your mind choses the most important things that happened in your life recently and placΓͺ together Β in your dreams to "save" in your memorys your Β experiences, i like dreaming but one thing i always try to keep in mind that if I'm in a dream, i have to notice it, once that happens i get control of my dream and be able to control my world, imagine you living a village and then changing it to a city, or remove or add anyone you like in this world and the Way you like, like adding your best friend but as a Cyborg, but the best part. is that you can change yourself too, like being smaler or bigger, and add powers like flying, I love dreams! But being marryed with my friend who's main ADC as I being a girl main supp, i just dont understand wtf Was in my mind.

Aah yes. Dreams are like your biggest getaway from the world, and you can even do whatever you want in your own world. 
I do believe Jack was a calling to creating another character for LoL.. more likely a brotherly figure for Fiddles. :>

Hmm.. now that you've called them "tentacles" I kind of realized that he's kind of like the jacked up version of Slenderman. Where Slendy is all suit and tie and gentleman-y and neat like he's going to a funeral.. Spring heeled jack looks more like he's the one that was responsible for the funeral- but he still looks posh though! And I want him to have an English accent- HAHAAA~~ like, "Allo gov'ner, would you like a spot of tea?" XDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Not brother in relation when it comes to lore, but 'brother' to Fiddle as in Jack was summoned in the same way.Β
Lore:
He was summoned via the extra-planar summoning technique which meant that 'Jack' as many seem summoners end up Β Β Β Β dubbing him. How ever unlike Fiddlesticks, he or it seems to be more in control of it/himself which meant that he was forced to be contained in case he/it starts killing people. However seeing that containing it/him would be a bad idea, they would rather put him under supervision and under constant watch especially around civilians.

I know they're not relatively brother, just saying it lore-wise.
And besides, I've only come up with this when I've read Fiddles' Beta Lore that he was created by a witch. I was thinking Jack& Fiddles had the same witch that created them, however Istvaan ended up summoning Fiddles and separated the "brothers".
